Everything the household already has, in one interface.

The playlist you supply, behind a real TV guide, real artwork, real search, and a player that does not break. Self-hosted servers, network shares and a built-in DVR are planned, not built yet. Galarama provides no media of its own. The playlist you supply, with one guide, one search and one player. Servers, shares and a DVR are planned, not built yet. The problem

Four sources, four apps, four remotes’ worth of patience.

A server in the cupboard, a share on the NAS, a recording schedule, a playlist you maintain yourself. Each one has its own app, its own idea of what a guide is, and its own way of failing halfway through an episode. Galarama starts with the playlist you supply, behind one interface and one player. Servers, shares and recordings come later.

Help test Galarama

The closed test runs on Android TV and Google TV through Google Play. Testers bring a source they are allowed to use: Galarama includes no content and no playlists, and the organiser does not provide any.
