Ratings and artwork come from TMDB and Trakt. Galarama supplies no media and indexes no catalogue — everything it plays is a source you configure.
What happens if my subscription lapses?
You drop to Free — one source, two devices — and nothing is deleted. Your other sources and recordings stay configured and come back the moment you renew. If it lapsed because your device was offline, the 30-day offline grace means playback keeps working first.
What counts as a device?
Any TV signed in to your account. Revoke one from your account page to free its slot (an offline screen can keep playing for up to 30 days until it checks in). Reinstalling on the same TV does not use a second slot, and buying on the web adds one extra slot.
How do refunds work?
14 days, no questions, including the lifetime offer. Refunded to the original method. Store purchases are refunded through that store's process and we will walk you through it.
Why are there no ads, even on Free?
Ads would mean profiling what you watch. Your streams play directly between your screen and your source — we never proxy or see them — and we run no ad or cross-site trackers and sell no data. Subscriptions are the whole business model: no second revenue line, no affiliate arrangement, no content partner.
