Terms

Accounts, subscriptions and the lifetime offer are not on sale yet. Clauses 3–6 apply from the day they are; everything else applies now.

1 · What Galarama is

Playback software for media you already own or subscribe to. It supplies no media, hosts nothing, indexes nothing, and neither recommends, resells nor links to any source of content. It has no content partners and earns nothing from any provider.

2 · Your sources

You are solely responsible for every source you configure and for holding the rights to access it. We cannot advise whether a given source is lawful for you to use.

3 · Accounts and devices

One account per household. Your tier sets the device limit — 2 on Free, 5 on Plus, 10 on Pro, plus one extra slot for plans bought on the web. You can revoke up to 3 screens per 30 days to free their slots.

4 · Payment and renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are the same in every country; tax is calculated at checkout where required. A lapsed subscription drops you to Free; nothing is deleted.

5 · Refunds

14 days, no questions, on every purchase. The refund policy explains how store purchases differ.

6 · Lifetime licence

A lifetime purchase grants Pro for the current major version of Galarama and all its updates, for at least 5 years from purchase. Separately licensed services (any service we may offer separately in future and price on its own) are not included. The founding offer is capped at 5,000 purchases or 90 days, whichever comes first; the regular lifetime price after it is $99.

7 · Acceptable use

Do not use our pairing or activation services to attack, scan or overload third-party systems, and do not interfere with other users' sessions.

8 · No warranty · liability

The software is provided as-is; third-party servers change or fail outside our control. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

9 · Licence

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you control. You may not resell it, bundle it with media, or redistribute modified builds.

10 · Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date. Continued use means you accept them.
